All guest rooms are subject to a 14% plus $2.00 per room night occupancy tax.  One night room and tax is required at
the time of reservation.

Hotel Guestroom Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel a confirmed reservation, no penalty will result if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. If the reservation is not cancelled by thls time, one night room and tax deposit is forfeited.

F.R.E.D. is a FREE battery-operated, state-of-the-art people mover available to riders aged 8 and up.  You can’t miss F.R.E.D. driving through the streets of downtown.  In fact, think of him as just another Downtown Public Service Ambassador.
